Product Executive/Manager – Food Ingredients
Working Location : Manila & Cebu, Philippines

Job Description :
- Responsible for the full cycle of sales activities, from sourcing new customers, maintaining existing customer
  till final collection of payment.
- Plan and carry out sales activities to achieve sales targets by making regular sales calls/visits to develop professional relationships and   follow-up on needs with the aim to close deals and finalize orders.
- Identify and provide technical support to ensure superior customer services and quality, continuity of product and/or application   introduction and timely know-how exchange.
- Conduct market research via visit, calls, interviews etc. to identify and understand business partners’ expectations and needs.
- Research, identify, develop and consolidate data on customers’ needs, including product application, services requirements, buying cycles,   delivery schedules and internal regulations like pricing structure for defined, customer credibility/profiles to help secure/enhance business   opportunities and identify future customers.
- Maintain an up-to-date awareness or understanding of the industry trends, competitors’ positioning and the performance of their   competitive products/services, and technical development that affect target market.
- Work with sales colleague to understand business partners’ needs/profiles/problems via understudy them and actively participate in   meeting/discussion.
- Responsible for sales administration, correspondence and maintain up-to-date customer’s database.
- Participate and involve in public relations and marketing communications campaign including sales presentation, workshop,
  trade show/exhibition to promote and introduce products/services.
Requirements :
- Possess Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Culinary,   Food Engineering, Food Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 to 5 years’ related experience in food ingredients, eg. fiber, micronutrient premixes, emulsifiers & stabilizers, and commodity,
  preferably in managerial role.
- Knowledge in food ingredients industry and consumer market.
- Goal oriented and strive for excellence.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and able to work under fast changing environment.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft office applications.
- Good command of English and local languages, knowledge of other languages would be an added advantage.
- One position based at Manila, one position based at Cebu (please indicate your preferred working location).
