Accounts & Admin Officer
Working Location : Jakarta Barat, Indonesia
Job Description :
- To set up, implement and manage the Finance/Accounts, Administration and Human Resources activities.
- Manage Company’s accounts; forecast, cash flow, budget, audit, general ledger, taxation, legal, foreign exchange, financial reporting, payment & collection, etc.
- Manage Company’s day-to-day administration matters; office maintenance, purchasing, vehicles management, courier service,
stationary ordering, etc.
- Manage all human resource matters; payroll, recruitment, training & development, annual leave, attendance, and expenses claims.
- Liaise with local authorities, financial institution and government bodies.
- Liaise closely with Regional Head Office in executing tasks and duties.
- Operational reporting to Indonesia office; functional reporting to Regional office in Malaysia.
Requirements :
- Posses Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting or Professional Accounting qualification.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Finance/Accounting, Administration and Human Resources fields.
- Knowledge of Accounting system, HRM system and local Labour Law.
- Independent and able to multi-task.
- Good communication, negotiation skills, planning & organization abilities.
- Positive attitude and able to work under fast changing environment.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft office applications.
- Good command of English and local dialect (written & spoken).
